The App is designed to assist non-Japanese speaking inbound tourists and foreign residents in Japan by analyzing Japanese food labels. It helps users with dietary restrictions—such as religious reasons and health reasons—to find suitable products in Japanese supermarkets and convenience stores.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information when using the App.

Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purposes; upload any harmful or malicious content; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. User-Generated Content

By uploading images of food labels or any other content ("User Content"), you grant the developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purposes of providing and improving the App and for commercial purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.

8. Disclaimers

No Warranty: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

The developer may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
